Andersen Global Expands Presence In Canada

Andersen Global has expanded its presence in Canada through a collaboration agreement with tax firm WL Dueck & Co. The collaboration further extends Andersen Global’s presence in North America.

WL Dueck & Co is led by founding partners Warren Dueck and Steven Flynn with locations in Vancouver, Calgary, Richmond and Edmonton, Andersen Global said in a statement.

The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The Canadian tax firm provides cross-border tax services for high net worth individuals, including offshore voluntary disclosures, estates and trusts. WL Dueck & Co currently has four partners and 15 tax professionals.

“We have already worked on a number of engagements with Warren and his colleagues and they have demonstrated a strong commitment to their clients and to providing best-in-class service,” said Global chairman and Andersen Tax chief executive, Mark Vorsatz. “Our collaboration with WL Dueck & Co substantially builds out a broader geographic platform in Canada and will play a significant role in enhancing our client solutions in the region. I look forward to having them join our team and continuing our expansion in Canada.”
